
ABOUT
Mila Nikolić is an architect and urbanist (University of Belgrade) with a European Ph.D. in Theory and History of Architecture (Polytechnic University of Catalonia), a postgraduate diploma in Inner City Development and Housing (IHS Erasmus University Rotterdam), and specializations in Barcelona Architecture and Creative Management (UPC Foundation - BarcelonaTech). She has over twenty years of international experience in academia and practice in the fields of architecture, urbanism and interior design.
Dr. Nikolić is an expert in cultural planning and resilience, exhibition and urban curating, and in the design and programming of cultural infrastructure, with particular focus on museum clusters and networks. She has worked in Brazil, Serbia, Russia and Spain on the projects from ephemeral architecture to urban master plans and strategies, from South America to the Middle and the Far East. In parallel, she teaches architectural and urban design, theory, history and criticism, and writes about them.
